Casey Nguyen is a software engineer in the enrollment division at Carnegie.
Prior to his role at Carnegie, Casey was a full-stack engineer at Hawaii Dental Service (Delta Dental), where he built and upgraded systems as part of the Bit squad. He built web services for both internal and customer-facing applications and managed a database for a company that serves over a million members a day.
Before his role at Hawaii Dental Service, Casey completed an internship as a software engineer for Ellebit, a web service that expedited the private dining reservation process. As a member of the project team, he worked with the sponsors for requirements-gathering and implemented the team's design.
Casey had completed an additional internship with Lexion (now part of DocuSign), where he helped to improve the test case library for a legal document annotation service powered by an in-house artificial intelligence model.
Casey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Seattle University. He also received minors in Data Science and Mathematics.
